I began my career as an airline pilot, eventually reaching the position of Captain with Continental Airlines. In search of additional opportunities due to FAA restrictions on pilot work hours, I chose to explore the role of a real estate agent as a side venture. Surprisingly, the real estate market flourished, surpassing my aviation career. Eventually, I retired from flying to focus entirely on real estate and my brokerage.

Over the years, I stumbled into various real estate opportunities, particularly in fix/flip projects as well as ground up new construction. This journey inspired me to step into the role of a direct private lender. I take a hands-on approach, drawing on the skills developed throughout my diverse career to carefully evaluate each lending opportunity. While the path has been unexpected, I approach my work with a humble dedication to understanding and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of real estate.
